This is my initial design for the masthead on the cover of my movie magazine. As mentioned in earlier posts, I have chosen the name 'Showcase'. I have come up with a temporary publication line 'News & Reviews'. I have created two versions of the masthead, one on a light background and another on a dark background. I will conduct some research to see what my audience thinks/prefers, and make any changes necessary. I have incorporated the colour schemes I found were quite popular in my previous post. I think the dark red and pastel blue work really nicely together, especially on the lighter background.
